"Staff are amazing; courteous and friendly. At many of the places we stay, and there are a lot, when the staff are helpful or friendly to us, I feel it mainly because they’re required to. At the Pinnacle, staff acted in an honest and sincere manner, you could tell they enjoy working there! I love it and we will be staying there whenever we need to be in Vancouver. "

10/10 Excellent

"Room was nice and clean, nice big bathroom. Lack of kettle and tea bags in the room was disappointing. Most staff we encountered were friendly. Breakfast had a good variety. Personally I think people should dress for breakfast and not be allowed to wear pajamas. The young bell hope that was there when we checked in and out was very nice. "
