"This is my second stay at Novotel London Stansted, and I have to say it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Reception staff were helpful and polite. Room was clean, shower hot and bed comfy. Had an evening meal in the restaurant where all staff exhibited first class customer service, being friendly, chatty and interested. Evening meal was great and the bread & butter pudding with Creme anglaise desert absolutely divine. Breakfast was just as good and plentiful. Quick and easy checkout. Highly recommended."

"Have seen this hotel come up a few times and thought i would try it when i was working in the area. Being a golf club it has lots of extras, gym, spa, pool etc. The gym was well equipped with the latest tech, the pool area was lovely with a jacuzzi ,steam and sauna room. Clean changing rooms with ample lockers. The room was spacious with one of the largest beds ive seen, decent amenities, tea,coffee n biscuits. Great bathroom and shower. The restaurant was nice, the food was decent with plenty of options and great prices. A great place to stay and i will return. "
