We stayed for 1 night - On arrival early morning the Reception Staff were very professional- friendly and allowed us to drop our luggage off before we could check in. Once we went back later on Check-in was so quick the staff had taken our luggage to our room which was very nice. Great location, large room and friendly staff

Everything was top class from the welcome we received, the helpfulness of all the staff and the luxury and cleanliness of the rooms. So convenient to Shepherd's Bush tube station too. Very competitively priced. Will definitely stay here again when in London. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Friendly & warm welcome - first class service - very clean throughout, comfortable beds and quiet for such a central Mayfair position.

I had a wonderful stay at this property. The staff were fabulous and went the extra mile for guests. You can tell that it is under great management and they care about customer service. We loved the free happy hour of bubbles and wine - this was a lovely touch for guests. The hotel felt luxurious on all levels and surprisingly we did not hear any street noise or disturbance. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will be back.

Lovely friendly clean hotel Great area for the theatres

Superb location for events at London stadium and the Olympic legacy park, nights out in Stratford and shopping. Excellent service, clean, safe and comfortable. Great value for money.

Perfect location in Covent Garden very convenient for shopping and shows. I had a beautiful room though slightly smaller than expected for a luxury room, the rooms booked on my previous stay were considerably more spacious. The staff are very friendly and helpful, definitely a great place to stay.

Really brilliant hotel on an equally brilliant location

Check in was 2.00pm, however, we arrived at 11.30am to drop our bags off and we're invited to check in to our room, which was amazing. The room was pristinely clean and modern and everything looked brand new. Service was excellent, staff extremely helpful and polite. Would definitely return. Was in an exceptional location for everything.

We stayed here for my boyfriend’s birthday - we received the best service from all the staff, the room was decorated for his birthday and it was such a nice surprise for him. A place we will certainly be staying again when we come to London!
