"Overnight stay in July 2020. Excellent location, perfect property for myself and my partner as we looked to explore a little bit of Edinburgh. Lovely hostess, GREAT breakfast. Arty, bohemian, chic and just a quaint and quirky little flat which was perfect for us. Will return definitely!! Ps the Poltergeist may in fact just be true as it would appear the artwork had all been skewed slightly in the morning! Lol. Great experience all round!"

A few minor problems: no egg flipper in kitchen, no can opener, and no notice that heated towel racks out of order in whole building (had to ask at front desk after having tried unsuccessfully for some time to get it to work). I would definitely recommend this hotel. "
