"This is a lovely place to stay. It has everything you need . We stayed here as we were going to a concert in Murrayfiels stadium and the location was perfect. "We loved our stay at The Yair. We booked it for its proximity to the river Tweed for fly fishing and found that the river runs past the property; complete with fishing hut and a gillie! The property’s owner was great in his communication and was available for anything we needed. It was fascinating to learn from him about the history of the property. Our cottage was beautiful and the hot tub was a nice addition. We would stay here again, independent of fishing."

"We were a group of 15 that stayed for 2 nights celebrating a birthday, the house was well equipped, theres plenty of room so we weren't all living on top of ech other, great scenery really peaceful, and was so close to home just a half our drive but felt like we were miles away, would defo recommend this place"
