"We had a lovely 5 night stay at the Chesire Barns, Great location and perfect accommodation for our stay, everything seemed very new and clean. Our hosts Harriet and Tom were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble and was made very welcome. We would recommend to friends and family and would like to return one day."

"Very good location for 6-10 mile hikes with wonderfully far reaching views on a clear day,The house was fine however would benefit from having more mugs and glasses, also its own heating controls. Very helpful owners live in one end of the building "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay cottage was beautiful and cosy had everything we needed . We had a week away me husband 2 children and small dog . Lots of lovely dog walks close to shops restaurants and close enough to go into Chester for days out . Thank you for our Prosecco and biscuits we loved our stay and will love to stay again in the future highly recommend.hosts were very helpful we had a lovely time . "

"Lovely cottage. Secluded spot, very quiet and great views. Very well set up for dogs - great having a fenced field for them to run around safely. Bowls, balls, dog towels, poo bags, etc provided. Very comfy for the humans too!"

"We booked this property for a family of 12 as it was close to a family wedding at Chester zoo. The property offers everything, it's spacious, clean and even has a games room to keep the kids entertained. The rooms were good sizes with bathrooms of each of the 3 floors. We also visited blue planet aquarium and Cheshire oaks which were only 20 minutes drive and tried out the local pubs which were good and had an Indian at indivala which was amazing. I highly recommend staying at this property."
