Great hotel. This was my second stay here and I loved it. The location is great, the staff are amazing, and the pool and beach are the best. The only thing that was a sub par was the food. It could have have been a little better, but I was there during the slow season so that may have something to do with it. Overall it was a great stay and I will be back!

The hotel is dated but comfortable! The ocean view and swimming pool wqs Amazing. Staff is exceptional. Roger at the snacks and Joel at beverages went above and beyond. The breakfast and lunch is good. Dinner wasn’t anything to write home about

The property was nice. The bed was great The room was pretty plain with not many outlets , lotion would be nice and more towels and more garbage containers in the room. The activity by the pool was so loud , for those who would like to relax. Staff was helpful and polite.

My wife and I had thought we were going to make Cozumel Hotel and Resort our "home away from home" we were here in April 2026 and August 2026. The staff is great, the pool and beach area are great and the bar staff Amazing, but the difference in the food and menu was a huge change, in April it was outstanding with plenty to choose from during the evening buffet, no in August there was no evening buffet and only one place to eat with a very small choice of 2 items to choose from and with the exception of the steak, the rest was a bit bland. Because of the staff my wife and I are planning to give them another shot, like I said the Staff makes our vacation, so we will follow up on the review after we make our 3rd trip this year coming in November 2026.

Very old but well kept. I liked the deep protected ocean swim area. Enjoyed the snorkeling. The shows were really good! Beds were comfortable. Clean rooms. Food was good. Service in buffet area not so much but we managed, not a big deal for us. But if you liked to be pampered not your place to stay. Staff was friendly. We will stay here again.
