"We have stayed at this hotel 10 times now. Always a lovely stay. However on our first night we got woken up with a dog barking which ruined are first night. When we went to complaine the lady at the reception was very helpful her name was Alison. Asked if we wanted to change rooms and gave us a drinks voucher. I just feel we missed out on a relaxing stay."

"Rooms ok but service goes downhill quickly when the hotel is busy - had to wait 5 minutes for someone to turn up at the reception desk and the breakfast is limited to a greasy buffet with no real healthy options. Service definitely different to other MacDonald hotels once they have a larger number of guests"

"all good our flight was changed to an earlier time Meant we missed the pre paid breakfast and couldn’t be amended or refunded. However not the end of the world. nice stay overall. "
