"Really enjoyed the on site restaurant for pizza and a cocktail. The beds are really comfy the hotel is brand new with well thought out features in room. "

"Prior to checking in, the resident hotel offered an upgrade option, which I took advantage of due to the amazing price. I am so thankful for the upgrade as it gave my party of three ample space to share one room with essentially two sections and two separate beds. My family and I felt very safe as there was additional security past a certain time at night which required all patrons show their room keys and verify their names. I would stay here again on my next trip to Liverpool and I highly recommend this hotel."

"Staff members are friendly and helpful. Stayed just a night but was able to sleep in a double bed and room was clean. I liked they sent me the instructions how I could get there from the station. Thank you!"

"Nice modern hotel, super atrium with bar. Very good spa and serves an excellent afternoon tea. Bathroom door needs springs tensioning as it slams shut, unfortunately you can hear this in the room above if you are on the first floor."

"Lovely staff. Very friendly and go out of their way to help. Building itself really nice. Room fantastic. Really comfy bed. Gorgeous shower. I would have liked conditioner in the shower though."

"This was our fourth stay. It did not disappoint and we will choose it in our next trip to Liverpool. One recommendation is to not have such a strong smelling air freshener scent throughout the facility, especially the lobby and the rest of the ground floor. It triggered a migraine"
