"The photos make this property look a lot better than the reality. The reality is that the house is very tired and in need of TLC. The entire place stank of bleach when we arrived, yet simple things like cobwebs and dirty cupboard doors had not been cleaned. Half eaten and opened food from previous guests had been left in the cupboards. Bugs were found in one bed. Packets of rizla were found by our children in the garden on the furniture. "Great house, amazing location. We had a wonderful stay. Any issues were resolved very quickly. Only thing to be improved would be that I had to request the full address and check-in instructions, rather than them just being provided without prompting. We also had a lack of bedding for the sofa bed, but this was resolved quickly."
