Lovely stay at Stone Villa. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was delicious, varied and plentiful. The rooms comfortable and spotlessly clean. The lovely hospitality tray which was topped up each day was very welcome after a long day sightseeing. Highly recommended.

Great first impressions upon arrival, interior decor makes it feel luxurious and staff were attentive; nothing was too much trouble.
Lack of parking nearby is the only downside and was more because of how bad the weather was, but convenient for walking into the center in the evening.

Everything was clean and comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and because I was veggie I was offered perfectly poached eggs and hot porridge. If I needed to stay in Chester again I would stay here again. Just sad I could t make use of the facilities

It was empty in the lead up to Christmas, so breakfast was cooked to order rather than buffet style.
Was surprised that guests were put next door to each other rather than spread out so heard the odd bit of corridor noise.
We normally stay in the cheapest Premier Inn/Travelodge type hotel when in the area, but enjoyed the lobby space more than I thought and was worth paying that little bit more for.

Very good break away at Ellesmere Port. Quiet location, seconds off motorway, and walking distance (10 mins) to bus stops & rail station - giving great access to Chester, Port Sunlight & Liverpool.
Bedroom clean with all the usual amenities. Breakfast plentiful. Evening meal choices ok.
Staff all friendly - so a good little break .

stayed over whilst on a night out around Frodsham. Only thing I could mark them down for was price of bar food, Burger/chips and a pint of fresh orange and lemonade was £22, which is steep.

The room and inside of the hotel were fab. It was very comfortable and clean. Don’t be put off by a dated exterior. The inside is lovely, staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet was good quality - no complaints. The park and ride is right next door for an easy trip into Chester. We had a happy stay.

Perfect for a stay when you wish to be close to town centre.very clean and tidy. The only down side and it is being picky is that there's no cooked breakfast on offer, but there are plenty of places close by to buy breakfast. All in all excellent!
