The bed was so comfortable and the location made the hotel quiet which is a change to the noise and sirens throughout the night in my other stays! Fantastic, authentic castle with such history and higgledy piggledy corridors. It was our anniversary and we were welcomed with an anniversary card which was a nice touch. The staff were excellent.
