"I absolutely love this hotel. I stayed here a few times while it was still the Grand Hyatt but now that it is Devossion & All-inclusive it is amazing. All the staff is super nice and welcoming. They took care of us in every aspect. If you are looking for the best resort in Playa this is the one for you! Great location, clean, amazing views and the service is the best. We ate at all the restaurants and the food is delicious. Also had a massage done at their spa and I loved it. We will definitely be back soon! "

Severely understaffed, slow and disorganized service, and poor customer attention. The food is very low quality, with limited options and endless lines for everything, even the buffet. Several times we couldn’t even get into the restaurants. The beach is full of rocks and seaweed, not what you expect in Cancun. You pay for luxury and get chaos instead. Do not recommend at all. La playa está llena de rocas y algas, nada que ver con lo que uno espera en Cancún. Pagas por lujo y recibes una experiencia caótica. No lo recomiendo para nada.
