"I like to be honest with these reviews the only complaint I had was I had to scan the menu for dinner. But even then that is a stretch of a complaint. I felt the resort was calm and comfortable, yet had a nice getaway atmosphere. My husband and I rented a car but they have shuttles to take you places. I read that the noise from the roof and the street was loud at night but I felt it wasn’t bad. I’m a light sleeper and I was just fine. Take advantage of being so close to 5th ave. And there is a nice seafood restaurant down the block if you want to eat away from Reef 28. Oscar is so sweet and willing to help, in fact all the staff is ready to help. Access to the beach is right down the street a 5 minute walk."

"Overall the place was fine - the condo was well maintained and cleaned, spacious, lots of room to spread out and having laundry in the unit was a huge bonus. The pool and hot tub are great (the pool is as big as it looks in the pics, my son loved it). The location is very convenient to La Quinta avenida. Property manager was helpful in answering questions before our stay. Two drawbacks which aren’t really the fault of the owners- the beach is not really a beach and due to significant seaweed buildup, the whole area stinks, making it unpleasant to sit out on the balcony or enjoy the pool even at times. Heavy rains had flooded the parking areas as well as the small dirt road that you have to cross to access the beach and bar area so we never even made it over there, sadly. Overall, if you’re looking for something similar to an apartment without all the all-inclusive bells and whistles but convenient and with a great pool, this is a good choice."

"We were so pleased with our stay. Everything was as expected. We had no issues at all. The location is perfect. Lilian, who is the concierge for the property is excellent. She helped us with transportation as well as tips on how to negotiate, tip and plan our visit."
