"Ok the hotel and location is great, breakfast is included with you stay ( the breakfast is good) is very close to beach 88 who is used the majority by locals, is only 2 issue's one is not elevator in the hotel so you have to carry you luggage to you room and the second is parking you have to park in the street when you arrive is not parking by the street due to people using the beach but after the beach close people leave and you have enough space to park. The service was incredible from beginning to end!
We were a group of 15 celebrating various life’s events and the staff was so welcoming!

"My friends and I stayed at the resort as our first all inclusive experience. We stayed for a total of 6 days and had a blast! The staff was exceptional and I have traveled numerous amounts of times and I can stay they were the best. We felt like they made the entire experience that much better and were so personable. The property is beautiful and provides many activities to do that suit all age ranges. The amount of pools also make it where not one pool is crowded and unenjoyable. Beware, Mexico is a very humid country and the rooms are equipped with de-humidifiers to compensate but it can still be a little moist at times. There are plenty of food options so you don't have to eat at the same place twice. We chose the cheapest room and it still had a door to outside and was spacious enough for the 3 of us, while room service did a great job at cleaning up and ensuring we had towels, water and even left us a treat on our last day. Overall a great experience and I can see myself coming back!"

"This hotel was decent overall. The food was fantastic and the spa was a real highlight, giving us some much needed relaxation. That said, the property itself feels tired and definitely needs a facelift. The real standout, though, was the location just steps away from Playa Del Carmen’s buzzing nightlife. Being able to stroll right into the heart of the party scene and dance in the streets was unforgettable."
