"Was not told you have to pay for parking also roo.s were very basic and tatty. Hallways leading to the rooms were more like a youth hostel. Stayed here before and thought it was ok then but this was worse and now with having to pay for parking and unfriendly staff means we wont be coming back again "

"They do not cater for disabled people and we found the staff not helpful.On arrival nobody told you where breakfast was and evening meals were. We had to walk round the road way to get breakfast as my husband finds it difficult to do stairs our room was up a flight of stairs so once he was down he stayed down.I don't understand why there is not a lift.Would not recommend this hotel to my friends."

"The hotel is at the motorway service station but it is surprisingly quiet for the location. The hotel is a little dated but the room was very clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Staying for one night on the way to the Malvern Show it worked perfectly for us."

"The Citrus Hotel is tired. It's seen better days (presumably when it was the Tax Office) and isn't really in great shape. The corridors have a peculiar odour. The lift doors refuse to shut. The bed was like a marshmallow. On a positive note the receptionist helped us even though he'd clocked off, but that was only necessary because his replacement had gone AWOL. Cheap enough, but really. Tell yourself that you deserve better. I won't be returning."
