"It was a very polished hotel that was very well presented. A fairly easy layout on the room apart from the fact that it was a little bit cobwebbed and the air conditioner was blasting with no easy way of shutting it off. It wasn’t until I left that I realised when the dial was. The shower, thought powerful, leaked and flooded the bathroom so I needed to use all my towels to mop up the mess. I could forgive the above but the pillows made it quite difficult to sleep. There were lots of them and they were huge."

"I would give this hotel a 1 star but the view was nice and it was right of the Cotswold Way so it is really the only option in the area. Firstly, the staff was horrible. Lauren the Manager was rude and the whole staff acted like they did not want to be there. Mentioning multiple times that they hated it there and wanted to go home. The room was not cleaned very well, with large stains in the floors. The tv and the lamps in the room did not work. Food was awful and expensive."

"Hotel location, atmosphere, spa and room were nice. Reception staff - lovely. Bar/Restaurant Staff weren't rude but didn't seem bothered with actual service. I counted 10 dirty tables as we walked into the restaurant area, they were still all cluttered 90 minutes later. After waiting for table service for 15 minutes, I found a member of staff who asked to me follow them to the bar rather than serve us at the table, for no real reason than their convenience. We were approached once and asked whether we wished to order food but no one came back to ask as after that so we gave up. No one was rude, but no one really cared whether we were there or not. Spa was lovely and all the staff polite and engaging."
