"We had an amazing time at the hotel. The room was incredible and the staff couldn't do more. The only thing to note is the bar which is open until 0300 with loud music Fridays and Saturdays. If you are looking for a quiet stay i would still go Monday - Thursday."

"The location of this hotel is wonderful. Gardens directly infront, and town and amenities all close by. The food was excellent, and the outside eating terrace was a lovely area. Some of the outside furniture is in need of replacing though. Some staff were more welcoming and pleasant than others. And as is often the case, there were occasions when the hotel seemed short staffed. Overall, we were happy with this hotel and would be happy to stay again."

"Everything is done properly here. Excellent service in every area. Rooms are wonderful. Very quiet nights sleep. Fantastic bedding. Excellent parking with our car underground out of the sun. Fantastic breakfast. We will be returning. You wouldn't believe you were so close to everything in Cheltenham"
