With its own private enclosed garden and a hay field for dog exercise. Fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. Modern bathroom with a shower. A lovely lounge/diner filled with natural light that looks out to the garden. From the living room, patio doors open up to garden, patio, seating and BBQ area. A cosy bedroom now with a KINGSIZE bed and a view of the hay field. It's an ideal property for time away or visiting the area on business with Cheltenham 4.5 miles, Cotswold nearby and M5 Motorway easily accessible. Access to the property is via a no through farm track and close to local amenities. We are on site to help if needed. On arrival the Annexe is accessed by key lock. A full information folder is in the property and a welcome pack to get you started. 2 well behaved dogs welcome with additional pet fee. The property is well equipped, spotlessly clean, in a quiet, remote location. Karen’s attention to detail on even the smallest thoughtful items was amazing. Karen checked in several times to insure everything was going well.
