"Excellent hotel especially for the price paid. Good location, 10 minutes drive to Cheltenham but also very peaceful and quiet, surrounded by fields. Staff were all super friendly, particularly the chap clearing tables at breakfast, very smiley and helpful. Room was excellent, spacious, comfortable, well maintained and clean. Whole stay completely exceeded expectations."

"The property was in an ideal location for the visit we had planned. The hotel is very well maintained and looks beautiful both from the inside and out. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and professional. There were a few slight issues we experienced during our visit, the room became very warm because the radiator had to be on full otherwise it would be very noisy. And even though the room was spacious with extra seating and a full length mirror, there wasn’t anywhere to sit down with a smaller mirror to do hair and make up, however, the room was a good size with good amenities. The en-suite was also nice as it was a good size with a decent shower, but the positioning of the screen wasn’t overly effective as the floor became very wet. We also visited the spa on one of the days, but the jacuzzi was not working on the day of our visit, we were informed about this the day before our visit and we received a gift voucher as compensation. This is just an honest review and they were minor issues and they definitely wouldn’t prevent me from returning to this lovely hotel."
