Our son was joining us at the hotel and she made sure he was well taken care of. They gave us a great price on a room for the 9 days he stayed with us! We stayed on a private floor called the Executive Floor, that also offered a lounge with drinks and appetizers. This hotel has the best service and very accommodating! We love Japan and would definitely stay here again! Thank you!"
