The castle and garden were minutes away as well as many museums and the Samurai and Geisha districts. The many alleyways surrounding the hotel were full of great food and entertainment, and it is right on the main street for easy bus access to the whole city. the Japanese breakfast buffet was superior there was a spa and bath on the top floor with amazing views! my room had all I needed and was well appointed. The room was maybe 20 feet by 8 feet and was stocked with two beds, a desk, a table, two chairs and a big screen TV. Bathroom looked like it was out of a trailer home with a lip six inches above the floor. Breakfast was typical asian fusion college fare. Laundry room is on 14th floor and is comprised of two washer/dryer combos with a drying time of eight hours.
