Absolutely brilliant. I would definitely book this accommodation again if I returned to Kanazawa! It was always spotlessly clean. The onsen was a lovely way to end the day! There is no bag storage room- rather, they provide a lock for you to secure your bag in the reception area, which I think is great as I was the only one with access to the key to unlock my bag. They change your bedding if you stay longer than three nights. Free towels, slippers, pyjamas, hair dryer / straighteners etc. There is a shared fridge in the room. Nice big communal area too, which was always quiet in the evening. Shower located at B1 with bath and shower. It is not a great deal with elderly but I love it for log living.
