Check in for the most part is automated and there is no assistance as to what the property offers. You have to ask about everything. The TV has the majority of the hotel description, but for things like dinner recommendations, what to do and see your in your own to figure that out. They charge to use the pool, pool table, and darts by the hour and our very strict about it. They’d make a lot more money and have gappier customers if they just put a time limit on the pool and darts when the demand for use is high. We were the only ones using it. The unseen is more like a large community pool with a bunch of naked people in it. Very busy and I did not find it relaxing. I doubt they can get around this since it’s such a large hotel. Vending machines and ice are limited to the second floor and we were on the 17th.
