"The room we had was a pleasant surprise considering the age of the hotel. There was a few w&t marks in the room; but generally speaking it was ok. Fortunately the AC in our room was working, which wasn't the case for other that I spoke to. The staff were excellent especially in the Vicinity bar/restaurant, always very helpful. The location of the hotel is it's main selling point"

"The property was nice and the staff was great. The night before we left we decided to eat at the restaurant. We do a lot of travel and eaten at many hotels. However, this experience was different. The food was on another level. The food was absolutely fantastic. Additionally, our server, Francis (from India) was amazing. One of the best servers we ever had. He should be promoted!!! Overall, great place to stay. "

"Great location for the airport. Staff very friendly and helpful, but sometimes not enough staff at reception. The business centre, however, is still terrible. Only one computer was working and the issue of being able to access airline websites or emails is ongoing and nothing seems to have been done about it over the last few years. Not what one would expect of a Sofitel standard. "
