"I had a wonderful stay at Park Plaza County Hall London. The location was excellent, within easy walking distance of Westminster, the London Eye, Waterloo Station, and many of London’s most iconic attractions. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What stood out most was the exceptional service. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived and were responsive whenever I had a question or needed assistance.
