"The meals were excellent with a varied selection "

"My husband & I stayed here for a night. It was very clean , the staff was fine. There are a ton of stairs leading to all the rooms. E did not have a problem as we are both easily able to get around. But our AC unit started leaking pretty soon after getting in our room. When we advised staff, they put a bucket under it (as it was still leaking) & said they will fix it in the morning. It was around 6 pm so that was a bit annoying. Nothing was comped for us. Overall the stay was nice."

"Lovely hotel, clean modern rooms, breakfast was very good if a little short on vegan options. Good location with buses right outside. Nice pool, but limited sun beds so a problem to get by the pool terrace on some days. "

"This hotel is very nice and very comfortable . We certainly will use it again if we have a layover in Heathrow. Great Pub is a 10 min walk away. “White Horse” is its name and it’s the real thing! "
