It was lovely to walk in and immediately had a cup of tea. Shower was great. Beds were comfortable. The absolute best was the location… very nicely located. I did t live that my whole party of three, including my son had to provide passports and a slew of information but other than that it was perfect. I’m more than happy to give five stars here because the staff were amazing. It was a small bed but it was only me so it wasn’t a problem. The lounge was comfortable. There was coffee and tea making provided and it is a really accessible location and very close to the railway station with great restaurants. We chose it because it's close to the station and we had people with us who needed to get to Heathrow. We've stayed in the area many times for that very reason, and this is the nicest hotel we've stayed in. We wanted to have a place we could hang out in the later evening (as we had a 3 year old with us) and these rooms provided that. Plenty of space and decent amenities.
