My wife and I enjoyed a four night stay with breakfast included. It was the perfect stay and the hotel made our holiday. Would highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast is superb and such great value for money.

Very nice hotel in a great area. Breakfast was decent if included but at €17 each I would go elsewhere if not included. Bed was very comfortable and shower very powerful

Excellent experience, we will definitely stay here again if we’re back in Madrid. You could tell that the management pays significant attention to detail - from the Dyson hairdryer to the local lavender candy. The breakfast was a good spread too, highly recommend!

Large room, very clean and comfortable in an area with many bars and restaurants to choose from.

Staff were very helpful- we needed to store our luggage the day before. Hotel clean and in a great location. Bedrooms comfortable, breakfast good.

Im confused as to why this is a 2* hotel, maybe to do with facilities because i would certainly rate it a big 4* Location was perfect for me, easy to visit all the sights. Staff extremely welcoming and friendly. Room had everything needed toiletries, fully stocked mini bar and including a personalised welcome message and gift which i though was a lovely touch. Nice breakfast and room service food was available if required. Had a brilliant stay and would certainly return and recommend

Great location for getting around to all the main sites. The bed was very comfortable and the room although a bit basic was great. Not too sure about the sound proofing as I could hear suitcases in the corridor and plugs being put into sockets in the room next door. Overall, very happy with my stay.

Definitely a great choice for a stay in Madrid. Mid July is hot so having the pool and rooftop was a great way to relax and cool off. The staff and service on the rooftop were great, really enjoyed the views and late night drinks. Very reasonable! We just had a basic room but was still a good size, very clean and quiet. The hotel is very central, just off of Gran Via but does not get affected by any noise off the street. Hotel is clean and modern, the staff are also friendly and accomodating. Breakfast room can get a little busy but the staff on hand work hard to get a table prepared for you, breakfast was very good with branded products. Would be nice if more confortable seats were in the room rather then the metal bench. Overall I would recommend to anyone, very pleased. Great hotel.

Lovely hotel nice staff and very convenient for all attractions

I have just stayed a week in this hotel and I felt totally at home. The location is good, close to the centre of Madrid but far away enough to feel peace and quiet amongst the local population. The hotel itself was very pleasant, clean and welcoming and certainly worth the money. I had the option of an upgrade to a room on the front that I would recommend. I did not take the breakfast option, choosing instead to eat in local cafes which are plentiful although that is something I personally like...
