Comfortable and pleasant rooms. The staff was very helpful, courteous and attentive, La Terraza de Alcala offers a great spot to enjoy the sunset (Luis & Raúl complement the experience with the extraordinary attention).

Lovely property and location but my room experience was not great. My first night the room was noisy from what might have been the elevator machinery. The second night I was put in another room that was very nice but the wifi was horrible. The engineer was called but it was still insufficient, making getting work done very challenging.
