Lovely staff and very clean room, but difficult to find at night. Cold showers and breakfast, not included, was just so so. I think if we had arrived by day and not had to depend on Google maps, which simply could not find the location, tucked away as it was with minimal signage, I may have had a better experience. The price was decent, but don’t expect much for this price in Cancún.

This is a super-bargain hotel and you get what you pay for. Lukewarm dribbling shower water, no wash cloths, two towels, no bedside lamps, safe with no key, kitchenette is literally a sink and a fridge nothing else, really old fixtures. But the room had a working mini split, was super clean, and had a shower, beds, blackout blinds, and a TV, which for this trip is literally all I needed. Perfectly adequate if you are on a really tight budget. The staff were lovely.

Close to ADO terminal maybe 15 min walk and tgere is a night market which was 7 mins, and stores.Staff were really poilite and friendly. breakfast was cheaper than eating outside. you can give 200 mxn deposit to grt a locker. they clean the house everyday. laundry service was really good , deponds on the size of clothes.AC And Fan was available. the only issue we had was the hot water was for limited time. but the water even after that was nolc but not hot .

Honestly would have been 4 stars but one day I came back from a day out and the housekeeping staff had entered the room, not cleaned anything and left the door UNLOCKED AND OPEN. I'm lucky nothing was taken but I cannot look past this glaring security issue. Especially as the safe didn't work due to no batteries inside it! Other than that, the reception staff were super friendly and helpful. It's a budget hotel and mostly met my needs for the few days I stayed. Could do with some fresh paint and minor maintenance, as the air conditioning unit leaked on the floor.
