To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, we have a strict no-party policy in place. Guests must be at least 18 years old to book, unless accompanied by parents. Prior to check-in, guests are required to verify their identification and e-sign the rental agreement, which will be sent electronically. A £250 security deposit is necessary before check-in information is provided. This deposit will be refunded within 7 days of check-out. Check-in time are from 3pm, and checkout time is by 10am.
