Everything you may need for your stay is provided including a complementary bag with some breakfast and tea and coffee supplies upon arrival. Customer service was excellent. Negatives: our booking was changed fairly last minute from “the terrace” to a different house “the Mews” for unknown reasons. (So my review is not for this listing, but for “The Mews”.) "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. We were given clear check in and check out instructions. The property was really nice and spacious and clean inside. The location was amazing, right in the centre of the city and near all local attractions and a short walk from the main train station. Would highly recommend and would certainly book again."
