We were in the rooms on the square, which were well maintained, clean and additional equipment such as iron/ironing board (but no hairdryer) were provided. It was a heatwave weekend and fans were provided in the rooms. We had drinks in the evening, and breakfast at the pub in the morning, which was excellent. "It's quite a basic hotel but great for an overnight or short stay. It was comfortable, clean and had what we needed. Walls are a little thin so sound travels. Staff were very friendly and helpful."
