Perfect location! Quaint spot just outside of the city centre close to UoB. Sam and reception staff incredibly friendly. We could have chatted for hours if we didn't have an itinerary of things we needed to complete before the end of the day! Would definitely recommend a stay here.

The hotel was fantastic, staff very helpful. Breakfast was good, the room was clean and had good amenities. The location is great, I would definitely stay here again. My only gripe was the discount voucher for drinks in the bar - this was applied, but then a service fee was added to the bill which amounted to the same (10%), so it seemed a bit pointless!
