"I would like to give my stay a higher rating as I found the staff to be pleasant. However, I needed to switch my room three times due to malfunctioning air conditioning. It’s my understanding that this has been an ongoing problem. I do hope they sort it out before the summer season begins. Otherwise for an older hotel the location is great for Broadway devotees. "

"El hotel está muy bien ubicado, caminando a solo unos minutos de Central Park, a una calle arriba de la calle Broadway… en fin todo muy cerca para llegar a donde quieras sin problema. Las instalaciones del hotel también súper bien, en realidad todo lo calificaría excelente si no es porque solo funcionaba un solo elevador, y ahí sí que era una pérdida de tiempo porque te llevaba hasta 20 minutos de espera. Volvería a llegar sin duda, solo verificaría que funcionaran los elevadores."

"This hotel is in a wonderful location, but the rooms are horrible. I guess that’s just New York but for $350 a night you would expect a nicer room. Bed was hard, pillows small, bathroom is outdated w/ shower curtain, mismatched caulking, rusted door jamb. Way overdue for a major renovation."
