My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel du Vin & Bistro Poole. All the staff were lovely, particularly the reception team they were exceptional!. Our room was beautiful. The harbour/ Key was less than a minutes walk from the hotel which was on a lovely quiet street. We will definitely be returning!

Fantastic one might stay for a wedding. Huge room and bathroom, tea and coffee and Tv in the room. Super clean and friendly owner. Excellent breakfast all freshly cooked along with cereals and fruit. Parking on site and easy walking to the town. Will definitely go back.

Friendly hotel and restaurant in a beautiful location by the river Stour and. nature reserves - ducks, swans, herons ... Served by hourly bus direct from Poole, or use the very frequent services to Kinson and walk 11-15 minutes across the nature reserve

Lovely big room full of character

Initial impressions were how lovely and clean the lobby and reception area was. We were greeted by a friendly happy receptionist with fantastic customer service and a lovely smile. Our bedroom was lovely and clean though looked like the decorator was over enthusiastic painting the wall and blotting it over the ceiling giving a bit of a tacky look. Other than that I really can't fault it. We ate dinner in the restaurant area, good selection of food and again spotlessly clean and wonderful happy...

Great position, overlooking Poole Bay. Restaurant was of a high standard, and very polite and efficient staff. Quiet, relaxing stay, well run, nothing was too much trouble, found reception, hotel and restaurant staff very friendly.

A 5 star stay at a 4 star property. I cannot say enough about the quality of service and the ambience of the Nici Hotel. From the valet parking, check in and restaurant staff, everyone was extremely polite and helpful. Nothing was too much and everyone was professional. Its a room above a pub but as far as it goes , it was great. Staff were outstanding and understanding. Beer was good. Room was spacious (stayed in family room), and clean. For the price this is an excellent stay. Breakfast included another huge plus. Also loads of onsite parking + 5 min walk to hospital / 10 min walk to Poole Central. Thank you!

Our stay was very pleasant. Exceptionally friendly staff, particularly Sarah, who always went above and beyond to satisfy our every need Bedroom was a tad small. Food was excellent, with a really good variety to choose from. Breakfast in the Pullman was very different and most enjoyable. Will definitely stay there again.

Service was amazing from the moment we stepped inside. We had a drink in the bar before we went out, and we both said we wished we were staying at the hotel for dinner as the service was brilliant.
