My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel du Vin & Bistro Poole. All the staff were lovely, particularly the reception team they were exceptional!. Our room was beautiful. The harbour/ Key was less than a minutes walk from the hotel which was on a lovely quiet street. We will definitely be returning!

Lovely big room full of character

Initial impressions were how lovely and clean the lobby and reception area was. We were greeted by a friendly happy receptionist with fantastic customer service and a lovely smile. Our bedroom was lovely and clean though looked like the decorator was over enthusiastic painting the wall and blotting it over the ceiling giving a bit of a tacky look. Other than that I really can't fault it. We ate dinner in the restaurant area, good selection of food and again spotlessly clean and wonderful happy...

Fantastic one might stay for a wedding. Huge room and bathroom, tea and coffee and Tv in the room. Super clean and friendly owner. Excellent breakfast all freshly cooked along with cereals and fruit. Parking on site and easy walking to the town. Will definitely go back.

Fantastic property located within a very relaxing setting, all the staff are very friendly and can’t do enough to help!, rooms are very clean and spacious can’t sing the praises of this place enough will most definitely be staying again!!

Stayed at one of their beautiful and uniquely design luxury bedroom, absolutely loved it. The bar downstairs is great and very cosy, they aeved great choices for breakfast and the staff were helpful and nice. Would stay again.

Great position, overlooking Poole Bay. Restaurant was of a high standard, and very polite and efficient staff. Quiet, relaxing stay, well run, nothing was too much trouble, found reception, hotel and restaurant staff very friendly.

Our stay was very pleasant. Exceptionally friendly staff, particularly Sarah, who always went above and beyond to satisfy our every need Bedroom was a tad small. Food was excellent, with a really good variety to choose from. Breakfast in the Pullman was very different and most enjoyable. Will definitely stay there again.

Top place and wonderful staff.

Had a wonderful stay (4 nights in the Stables). The Inn is set in beautiful countryside, and I loved the quaintness of the building, lots of different areas to sit in to eat or have a drink, and a nice covered seating area outside. The room was very comfortable, and the water pressure for the bath was great. Food was superb, the best I've had in a pub (a step above what I'd call 'pub food'). My partner and I stayed here for a weekend break, and we were both very happy with the hotel. From the friendly and welcoming staff, to the little extras in our spotlessly clean room, everything exceeded our expectations. Dinner was excellent, and the cooked breakfasts were agood way to start the day! We would highly recommend for anyone looking for a weekend away.

i received excellent service from attentive staff. my loft room was small but well- appointed.

Never really write reviews but maybe that goes some way to show how impressed I was. Staff feel as though they care about the place and in a world where customer service in hospitality is struggling it was so refreshing. Will definitely be back next time I have to stay in the area. Food was excellent for the price point.
