Broken latch on bathroom door. Key to bedroom did not lock door so unlocked all night. Put a chair by door. Ad led me to think I would have own kitchen area. Not so shared kitchen"

Our first night we noticed the a/c wasn’t working and we complained. They weren’t able to fix it so moved us to another room. Zak was most helpful and apologetic. "Check in was a breeze and appreciated that there was a baggage storage as I had arrived way before check in time began. I love how homey it is. With the kitchenette and the sitting area, it was a lot more spacious than I expected it to be. Bed was also super comfortable and the neighbourhood felt really safe too.
