"Absolutely amazing hotel, everything was perfect! Thank you"

"Gorgeous views and beautiful property"

"Nice, Big Room! Beautiful Decorated House. Helpful and Friendly staff."

"Room was nice but the walls are very thin and we were woken up by late night arrivals on both nights who has some drinks in them. Staff were lovely and breakfast was great. A little annoyed that we payed £10 in order to use the hotel car park but only managed to once in the entire trip as the car park was always over full."

"clean room, all you can order breakfast"

"Lovely clean room, fantastic staff, really helpful and attentive and friendly definitely be back."

"Hotel was lovely"

"Stunning guest house, absolutely spotless. Would definitely recommend, and also stay again."

"Enjoyed our stay. The staff were very helpful and we had a lovely room."

"A lovely apartment right in the centre of Bowness-On-Windermere. The accommodation was spotless, cleaning spray, washing up liquid and cloths were provided. The bed was lovely and comfortable. People have mentioned the stairs up to the apartment. They caused us no problem but if people have mobility problems I can understand they might be a problem. If we return to the area we would stay here again. I am glad I didn’t book somewhere in Windermere, this was five minute walk to the lake. "

"Rooms were clean, spacious, staff helpful but breakfast was a disappointment"

"Staff were fantastic- courteous and friendly Room was immaculately clean Brilliant location and the breakfast was fabulous Pool and hot tub a lovely place to relax"

"Extremely friendly staff, made us feel very welcome! Lovely spacious room & really good shower, nice big comfortable bed & peaceful stay, big private balcony, breakfast was amazing!! Not a problem but room & balcony could do with a little updating & bbc channels didn't work properly due to signal but we had a lovely stay. Very close to village & lake, excellent location & would definitely stay again if we are in Windermere"

"Lovely comfortable cottage in a great location. "

"We loved our stay at Little Brook Cottage. Perfectly located within the town of Windermere and walkable to shops, restaurants and sights. A little piece of home in The Lake District. "

"Hot tub shuts off at 11pm, and at that point have to go indoors. Its nice to have a choice of late night if want to. Little restricting"

"Apartment is spacious and clean. Location is excellent although you need to find the many shortcuts to the surrounding streets... furniture are a bit old-fashioned, and some taps are separate for cold/hot, as is quite common in the UK... Narrow stairs to climb 2 floors, but this was expected"

"The apartment is beautifully decorated, very cozy, located away from busy streets but very close to the high street. Host Vickie was very welcoming and friendly. When we booked it on hotels.com it wasn’t made clear that this a basement level apartment with its own entrance but part of family home upstairs with that it came with a few downsides we didn’t expect. The most impactful was the noise upstairs, each morning at 7 am you can hear the kids run around and the dog bark which would set our...
