A lovely hotel in perfect location. The bedroom was modern, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was made to order and delicious, service at breakfast by Christina was outstanding.

Our room was perfect with all the requirements we needed. The staff were very helpful and breakfasts were a perfect start to the day. Walking the area was easy as maps were available from reception to help. There were plenty of parking spaces available which were onsite and secure. A very enjoyable stay.

Marco is an amazing host. Very friendly and cooks a great breakfast. We stayed to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It's very close to the centre of Bourton and tucked away with a few minutes walk to the centre. Marco gave us a very warm welcome and we loved our stay at the wonderful little guest house. Would definitely love to return. Nothing negative to say and the whole stay was excellent from start to finish.

Lovely large room , huge bathroom , extra large comfy bed , breakfast delivered to room - great friendly staff , the only downside is that it doesn’t have its own parking however there is a car park about a 5 minute walk away . I will definitely be staying there again when I’m in the area

Lovely pub with restaurant And food is delicious. The staff were very friendly, & managed to get us a table at very short notice in the restaurant. The room is cosy- it’s tidy/ clean and has everything you need. The shower could be a bit more powerful, but that’s personal choice. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to return.

Brilliant country side stay in a lovely Cotswolds Hamlet

Lovely place to stay, hosts provided some nice snacks, tea, milk, and wine too which was great! The car parking space outside was very small I couldn’t really get my Ford focus in there but there’s plenty of parking nearby. Bedrooms were a good size and beds comfy. Overall a lovely stay in a beautiful location 😃

Lovely property just a short walk into the centre of Bourton on the water, though beware there is a very steep hill to climb when walking back. Very spacious. Lounge and open plan kitchen could do with a bit of an update. Fabulous views across the country side and so many different species of birds to view from the very large window in the lounge. Owners very kindly left binoculars and a bird book. Extremely quiet setting. Stayed Friday to Monday and it was a really lovely break.

We had a fantastic time at the Lords of the Manor, it really is an exceptional hotel. A very relaxed atmosphere and the staff make you feel at home as soon as you walk in. They were especially accommodating with our dog who stayed with us. The hotel gardens are huge and we’re a lot bigger than we thought, stretching down to the river. It’s a great place to explore the Cotswolds.

Fantastic stay in the cottage - immaculately presented room with loads of space and a very nice selection of snacks. The staff in the Inn were incredibly welcoming and made for a totally relaxed break. Food at dinner and breakfast was delicious. Cannot recommend highly enough
