"Wonderful hotel, in a wonderful location. The hotel is magical, and the Staff were outstanding. Everything about our room was perfect and the breakfast was delicious. The food from the restaurant wasn't to our liking, however this didn't affect our stay. I would recommend having a car to explore as there is nothing much within walking distance, however the hotel is so beautiful you may not want to go anywhere else! "

"Too far from the touristy stuff, it was a $20 Uber ride to go anywhere, but the airport was only a 25 minute drive. It’s newly done, all modern, very clean. Staff was super nice. Loved our stay."

"This outstanding property is stretched over acres of beautiful countryside at the bottom of the Etna volcano. It is part of the Relais Châteaux collection, so you can expect 5 star service and amenities. Rooms and suites are spread across the property, in the middle of vineyards, lemon trees etc. The views are breathtaking, the staff is extremely helpful, nice and professional. "Bar was great, convenient and friendly staff. Front desk staff, Leo, was helpful and friendly. Clean rooms even if a little outdated. The area had a devastating natural disaster a few months ago so the area has a lot of construction which did not interfere with our stay."
