"Scott , George and the staff were always kind and made all guests feel welcome. The head manager was very helpful when I needed it and this will always be my favorite Westend Hotel. Could use a more mushy pillow, but the firm beds were great."

Our stay was amazing staff were friendly and always around to help, especially sherry she was our server for dinner on our first night, she was absolutely lovely and made us feel that nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend this hotel. We stayed in a king room and it’s was lovely and spacious

2 good nights sleep. Good size room. King sixe bed and matress zzzzzz. Both meals and breakfasts were great. The staff are very pleasant and polite. They actually look like they enjoy working there. This could be because it is an NHS run hospital so less stressful on the staff. The views are of the River Clyde. Both days we watched the last ocean going steam paddle ship sail past it is the best sight and sound.

Lovely overnight stay. Room was spacious, nicely decorated and comfortable. Meal in stylish bar was delicious and great value for money paid. All staff were friendly, professional and efficient. Renovations were on going but this did not detract from our visit. Right in the centre of Glasgow close to rhe railway station. Discounted car parking close by. Great location for a short break, we will return.

The hotel has beautiful scenic views and gorgeous interior. The staff at this hotel could not have been more welcoming, starting with reception, to house keeping, to the staff at the spa/pool and lastly but not least the restaurant staff. I did, however, have one negative experience which was that I passed out in the spa sauna - the high tempature and my low blood pressure were not a good mix. This bad experience was turned around though due to the amazing staff at the spa who made sure I was...

fantastic family night. Great value for money. Food was out of this world!!! Only issue the room phone did not work and reception staff told us to contact reception from the room but all the phones in our building have been down for weeks. Pool and spa facilities great. Looking forward to coming back.

Always use this hotel for overnight stays needed when traveling from Glasgow airport. Great free shuttle service too. Friendly staff. Rooms a bit on the small side but as it's only ever for one night it's not a problem.
My one gripe is when I stayed on 30th July there was a Christmas display with a countdown to the 25th Dec. That totally spoiled my day and stay. Apparently the manageress insisted on it being there despite protests from staff that it's too early. Listen to your staff. It is too...

Superb luxury hotel .. right on the Loch yet 20 miles or so from Glasgow . Very top end spot yet totally unpretentious . Lots of restaurants and bars , great well appointed room and a common theme of professional staff in all areas of the hotel . Our room was very nice, well appointed with good storage and en-suite and we had a nice Loch view . We can recommend the Cameron grill too , that’s a great steak restaurant.. and sitting with a cocktail in the lobby or Great Scot’s bar looking out on...

Fantastic stay and made to feel very welcome. All the team made us both feel very welcome and even though the Spa was closed this did not impact a very relaxing and much needed break… all the receptionists, bar staff and manager went the extra mile to make the stay very enjoyable! Food and drink exceptional and amazing location…

We had the most amazing stay at this cosy, comfortable cabin surrounded by greenery. It was like living in a tree house. The birdsong was beautiful as were the sunsets and views of the night sky. The cabin was spacious enough for two and had everything we needed for our week long stay, including parking. There is a log fire with plenty of wood for cold days but we were very lucky with the weather and had warm sunshine every day which made the cabin warm and cosy to come back to after days out....
