Unfortunately our stay was not great. The bed was very uncomfortable, the sound proofing is terrible, and we had no hot water in the morning. We had to ask a group of people to stop making a noise in the corridor at 2am and again at 4am. The carpets need replaced. The hallway carpet was filthy when the lift door opened to the floor was on. A pity as could see some upgrades had been completed.

Bathroom was shabby; mould between the tiles, sink plug "lifting" lever had been unscrewed and was missing so it was difficult to clear the sink. Room radiator was turned to "off" and the window open, so the room was cold, we turned the radiator up to get some warmth.

free wine??
This was my second time staying in Leonardo's in the last month. I booked both times through Hotels.com and was told in their email that as a 'Silver ' Member, I would be given a free bottle of wine for my stay. However- no wine given! What's happened to it?
