Good clean room, great views, friendly and helpful staff

We stayed for 1 night - On arrival early morning the Reception Staff were very professional- friendly and allowed us to drop our luggage off before we could check in. Once we went back later on Check-in was so quick the staff had taken our luggage to our room which was very nice. The Room was ideal for our stay - very clean and facilities were great - we had a good nights sleep (bed was so comfortable). Great hotel in great location, perfect for a short stay

Great hotel stay, couldn’t fault anything about this hotel. Great selection at breakfast. Rooms cleaned everyday, good standard of housekeeping. Aldgate/Tower Hill tube stations only 5 mins walk.

We would definitely stay again. Room was very well equipped & spacious. Only two things letting it down. Black mould in the shower (wasn’t loads but noticeable straight away) needs keeping on to off. Then I dropped my ring and went under the bed… the build up of dust was crazy - obviously the bed had not been moved in a very long time. But it’s not something I go looking for nor would I expect a housekeeper to bust their back moving the bed in each room - especially if they are cleaning on...

Really lovely, well located hotel. Seamless check in from a very friendly member of staff. Glass of fizz available in reception. Fantastic executive room on floor 12 next door to each other. Complimentary drinks in the executive lounge (timed). Nice buffet breakfast with a very friendly, helpful guy, Abdul, showing us to our table etc. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

We booked this stay last minute as our original booking was unavailable at our check in time. This stay would’ve been out of budget usually but Vrbo are covering the difference from our original booking. Room was a good size and beds were comfortable. Bathroom was a great size with bath and shower. Complimentary bottled water and tea and coffee available with a kettle.
