I think 66 steps to reach the property needs to be clearer and path lighting at night is poor.The parking for a large 4x4 is not possible near the house. Views were spectacular and the aspect is lovely, but a little tired. "

"We loved staying at Coombe Down. A master class in interior design and functionality, it has all the mod-cons and is really well thought through. Only slight downside is it is located on a main road so one of the double rooms and the single can be a little noisy with the windows open but we soon adjusted. All other bedrooms were quiet enough that you could really only hear the sheep baaing. The views from the patio are breathtaking and the location is good if you don’t mind a 20 minute walk into...
