"Absolutely fantastic hotel with great staff. I think it’s my new favourite place to stay! Room was beautiful, spa was a really nice size with indoor and outdoor seating areas. The restaurant is really gorgeous with the most beautiful view of the sea. Food was great and reasonably priced and all the staff were friendly. We will definitely return."

"The lodge was perfect for us (5 in total). It was very well furnished (very comfortable beds and settee) and the kitchen had all the utensils needed. The owner was very quick to answer our messages. The lodge is very well positioned to go onto the coast path east and west - only 10 or 15 mins walk to it on lanes that are limited to 20 or 30 mph. The lodge is also only 15 mins drive to Salcombe, with an easy long stay car park. The owner recommended the Salcombe crab fest, which was a great day out. All in all a great stay"

"Very enjoyable stay. Lovely clean and well appointed cottage with great views and comfortable beds. Great for coastal walls but only 12 minutes from Salcombe. No real to talk to the hosts but overall very welcoming. "

"Only downside- electric towel rail in bathroom not working.Our second visit - last some years ago. Fantastic + convenient location. which perfectly suited our purposes out of season lIt was a bit noisy with nearly every building around having scaffolding erected! It would have been good to know that Fore Street was to be closed for 3 weeks."
