"We enjoyed a lovely stay in the house with family of all ages. Plenty of bedroom/ bathroom space with a good sized garden and great location. The location is stunning, but need to be aware there are 138 steep steps to get to beaches ( which are fabulous ) and boat to Salcombe! Not a problem with the house but the beach cafe is currently closed and for sale… limiting amount of local places to eat on East Portlemouth side of estuary. Ferry is easy to get to Salcombe And water taxis also...

"This property is ideal for a large family group. We had teens at 16 years to their grandparents at 80 and the house worked well for all of us. The property is clean and well presented but still practical so you can relax in it. It was very well set up in terms of equipment and facilities. The hot tub and sauna were a surprising godsend to our break, giving us plenty of things to do around the house when the weather wasn’t fantastic.
