"We have just returned from a great weeks stay here. The host was great communication wise upfront gave us all information, we had some issues on the way and were later arriving than planned but our host made sure the heating was on for us getting there which made it a lovely welcome. The property is as listed, very quirky but with everything you’d need for a weeks stay. So close to all Hope Cove has to offer. In a quiet corner. We would return."

"Booked a “best estuary” view room and it did not disappoint, view was amazing and we had a lovely large balcony. We had fantastic weather for October so we made the most of this beautiful location. Hotel staff were super helpful, breakfast was good and we also used the Spa which was a nice bonus. All in all would definitely return, location of this hotel is perfect for winderful views and short walking distance to all that Salcombe has to offer."

Have just enjoyed a 3 night stay with a friend. Beautiful hotel in unique location in quiet South Sands beachy cove. Lots of ways to get to Salcombe town centre either walking (a bit hilly), hotel shuttle car or water ferry. Rooms have stunning decor and bathrooms are very well appointed. Service throughout the hotel is excellent and very friendly. Enjoyed both breakfast and dinner in the hotel restaurant. Lovely small boutique hotel near the quayside with friendly staff and nicely decorated. Very busy with a coffee shop and restaurant on lower ground.
