"I would highly recommend Pillows Boutique Hotel if you don't need to be in the heart of Chiang Mai, and want a luxury hotel for a budget price. The rooms were very nice, very clean, in a quiet area and only 10 minutes or so from central Chiang Mai by car. The only negative was having to go outside the hotel to smoke as there was no balcony, but that is a very minor inconvenience. "Exceptional service from everyone. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the soaker tub. Phenomenal spa! Enjoyed a massage, facial and body scrub, it was heavenly. Great pool although i wish there was a deeper end, it was same height all over. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. "
