"We had a great overnight stay at the Hotel, the breakfast was good and the Spa was just what we needed in the morning, before we checked out. We would happily stay here again"

"We stayed in room 1706 in the new part,Wonderful bathroom we had a bath and a shower. Room was clean and to our taste. The hotel bar was welcoming and reasonable prices for drinks. We were with friends so ate in the restaurant. We had some starters and main courses and everyone really enjoyed the food. Breakfast was delicious and because the plates were kept hot and food was replenished I was still hot.Hotel was close to every thing but far away from the outside noise. Staff were brilliant We would definitely return. "

"Breakfast was pleasant and fresh. Staff were lovely and helpful. Location was pretty good near the dock and just a short walk to Liverpool One. As in all these places you occasionaly get noisy idiots/kids and dis-respectful adults who make noise after 10pm but that is now a societal problem. But the IBIS i would recommend."
